I can’t believe that we have made it half way through the year and it is June. Have you met your goals that you set for 2015? I remember looking back in January when I decided to set mental goals for myself and put them into action. I wanted 2015 to be a year of action! I wanted to accomplish things without holding back from my life desires, and walking in my purpose. I think that by having an accountability partner, writing down your small goals, staying focused, and keeping faith can help when it comes to staying on track or facing challenges. I declared 2015 the year to upgrade. I wanted to upgrade my life in several areas including eating healthy, church activities, working at my son’s school, upgrading my marriage, and above all taking better care of myself.
1. Keep Track of your progress. You can keep track of your goals with a calendar, goal tracking work sheet, a goal or management tool of your own choice.
The key is to regularly check in on your goal progress.
2. Let your goals grow up. Let your goals grow and change, as you grow and change in life.
3. Stay healthy. Health is one of the most important things that you need to maintain when you are goal setting and goal achieving for 2015. You have to get plenty of rest, exercise, and eat healthy foods, in order to stay mentally, physically, and emotionally healthy.
