For many July is the time to enjoy sharing special quality moments with family, blasting fire works, care free pleasures: the smell of neighborhood BBQ’s and fresh mowed grass, children playing aimlessly in the pool, the sight of cloudy nights and warm sunny days, the feel of the summer breeze passing you by through your maxi dress and flip-flops. But for me it is a time to not only stretch my faith, but accomplish the things that I wanted my family to achieve this summer. It is a time for frenzied planning, there are family vacations, deadlines, juggling of work schedules, and making things work for a growing family of four. However, I would not trade any of this for the world! I know that when things have to be planned and executed wonderful things happen for the entire family. July is the time to grab everything and run with the utmost confidence and desires for the summer!
That is why we spent our summer vacation at Great Wolf Lodge in Concorde, North Carolina. I wanted to go there and cover our experience as a Blogger. But after speaking with the media team and communications department I discovered that they were looking for a Travel Blogger. However, I did not let that hinder the mission of our memorable summer vacation. I made a firm decision in that moment to continue moving forward with the support of my family to continue with these amazing summer plans. Sometimes you just have to go for it, and live life to the fullest without any regrets! I am grateful that I had the opportunity to relish in this family vacation as a “Mommy,” not only a “Mommy Lifestyle Blogger,”
I had so much fun with my little kingdom. I am very thankful for the experience of Great Wolf Lodge Concorde, North Carolina. I am highly recommending Great Wolf Lodge, to anyone who has young children and looking for a wonderful, safe, and awesome family environment. The staff that I met loved children, and they only wanted the best for their safety, adventure, and well-being of all the families appreciating their stay at the lodge. The star of the Great Wolf Lodge is the indoor water park with gallons of swirling, sloshing, and sliding water. They have huge slides, pools, giant three-story tree house and more!
We were celebrating my little princess’s third birthday and she is so much a water baby so an indoor water park was right up her little alley. I believe that I was totally determined to check this off my summer bucket list.
We had a blast at both the water park and the epic arcade filled with so many games and prizes for the little ones. I think that I enjoyed the Story time experience that the children had in the evening during the second night captured the true meaning of Great Wolf Lodge. The Arts and Crafts Center had a lot to offer to children that love to color, draw, and play! A great little side note had to be the face painting and the bowling alley for the family. I truly enjoyed our visit to Great Wolf Lodge. I would love to return in December to explore their activities and special events for the holidays. We truly created memories to last a lifetime!
